Once you have registered, click on LOGIN, and then your will click on FORGOT PASSWORD to choose your own password. If you are returning you may login using your Medicat UserName and Password.  Once logged in you will have access to online services such as:

• Complete mental health forms that you must fill out before begining treatment.

• Complete mental health forms that you must fill out at the end of the semester and/or end of treatment.
• Upload required student health forms.
• Upload required immunization records.
